Mission Statement: For the glory of God, we exist to make fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ by every means possible.

Our Purpose: 

The purpose of Trinity Baptist Church can be summarized in five statements:
1) We exist to worship God. Jesus said that the greatest command is to love God with all
of our hearts (Matthew 22:37). We are created to worship God both individually, with
our family, and corporately with the church.

2) We exist to minister to others. Jesus said that the second greatest command was to love
others as we love ourselves (Matthew 22:39). We are to weep with those who weep
and rejoice with those who rejoice. Our intention is provide ways through the church to
build relationships with others so that each member can feel loved.

3) We exist to share the gospel. We are sent out by Jesus to share the gospel with the
world (Matthew 28:19). Trinity Baptist Church seeks to win people to Christ through
sharing the good news of God’s love in various ways.

4) We exist to disciple the saved. Jesus also taught us to teach others everything that Christ
taught us (Matthew 28:20). We want to be a place where people grow in their
knowledge of God’s Word and become more like Jesus. We do this through Life Groups,
Bible studies, worship times, and our Sunday morning classes.

5) We exist to fellowship with one another. The early church found strength in fellowship.
The Bible says, “They continued steadfastly in…fellowship.” Fellowship can happen in
large groups, but is mostly achieved through small group classes and Life Groups.
